  2. Kyle,

This is great information that we all need to remember and share with our family, friends, all.

I have found over 20 years ago, that each person should and must take a break for 20 minutes or more after 2 hours on the computer. The only problem is when you are doing something that you have a deep passion for. It is difficult to move.

I have found myself not moving for over 4 hours. No tea, bathroom or anything else. That was before my back surgury and that has change my lifestyle. I sit for 1 hour and then stretch out on the bed for 1 hour. I continue to do this all day while supporting massive people globally online.

You right with the importance of get away from that crazy computer. The other problem is most just think to watch T.V. That is even worse. Some say well I will read for about an hour. That is crazy not giving your eyes a rest. Yes, the monitor is different with the pixtels yet, your eyes need to sooth. Taking a walk or just stretching is the answer.

I balance it with phone calls and that gives me continued productivity and others love the extra support time. Hey, just keeping busy is what I love to do.

Kyle, this is my first visit and will not be my last. You have great content that everyone can and should put to use todaty!

You one of our great coaches in this industry. I feel you have a unique way of making your points clear without all the sells hype. No need to be other than yourself. People like your style and I must agree.

Thank you Kyle for giving me the information that I have already started to share thanks to you. Keep me updated on the things to look out for.

  6. Kyle,

I know my eyes suffer from the hours of focusing on the computer screen. At the end of the day I have trouble seeing, not to mention the body had been dormant for hours and hours.

Good suggestion to automate your breaks. Makes sense. Thanks for the tip.

  8. Hi Kyle,

I have been doing few exercises at my desk in office that help me in reducing my stress and back-pain. But somehow since last few months, I have skipped these exercises either because I have more work or I forget to do my exercise. It seems that the Eye Protector Pro would be of great use to me and will help to overcome these irregularities. I would like to first have a trial of this software and I hope that it fulfills all requirements.

  11. This is great information to share with everybody in the community. We not spend so much time looking at monitors. Being an ultrasound tech for so many years has really put a strain on my eyes. And now with the onset of the computer generation the strain is mutipled.

  12. Hi Kyle,

Staying so many hours in front of a computer can be very tedious and even effect your productivity. For that reason taking break often is a must. Another way to stay active and productive if you work in front of a computer all day is to work out when you take breaks, this is really refreshing and helps increase your productivity and stay focused…
