  Thanks for the feedback Candice. Yes there has been a lot of different changes in algorithms and what google likes. It is becoming more difficult to figure out what google wants. I think a safe thing to do is get high pr backlinks and continue to comment on blogs that are similar to your niche is smart.

thanks for the very useful post. It seems that a lot of websites have been affected by this Penguin update. I have been reading some posts about partial keywords and exact match keywords, it seems that this is one area that has changed with the new update.

  Yes there has been many people that have been extremely affected from panda and penguin. I have several websites and unfortunately one of them was severely affected but it is a mixed blessing because now I can test with that website to see what Google likes

  Thanks so much for the feedback. I appreciate your input and would have to agree with you. It is nice that Google is giving the top rankings to quality content and influential websites. I think Google and the other (non existent) search engines are going to begin to rank websites a lot differently by the social credibility and the network that it has built within the site.
