Relationships Matter
With my short but great journey I have been on as a young entrepreneur i have recently learned the most valuable concept I would share with anyone and that would be relationships matter. This is the most valuable and important concept I have learned as a young entrepreneur.
This is a concept that I was taught at an early age but not until recently I truly notice how important a relationship with someone is as an entrepreneur and how vital it is to keep those relationships open and updated. As we grow as an individual our sphere of influence changes. In my life I have had the privilege of building great relationships with many people that can help me as I help them. Through this experience I have truly learned that relationships matter and what we only receive what we put out.
People we must look out for
Narcissist. These people can come off as a great leader, role-model, or friend but at times these traits can just be a mask. A true narcissist only wants to have you help them to the top and leave you behind. Many of us have had the disarray of dealing with these people. Fortunately though, we are given these people in our lives to challenge our selves and learn from them. There is always something to learn from every situation.
Be friends with your weakness
If you could always pick out your friends that would be nice huh? Usually we just become friends with people unintentionally. But if we could pick them out I have learned that your friends should be people that carry your weakest traits. That way you can lift each other up and be what that person does not have in their life. Being someones weakness truly defines the nature of a strong relationship. Our relationships matter so much in our lives because you never know when you will need to have a friend or contact help you in the future. So make sure that the people you build a relationship with are grounded down to earth individuals that will bend their back backwards for you in any situation because these are the people that will always be there for you.
Let’s recap on what to expect and look out for in a relationship.
- Look out for Narcissist. These people will bring themselves to the top with your help and leave you dangling towards the bottom with a thread.
- Find friends that carry traits opposite of yours. Friends that are your weakness will only help you in the long-run. These people are great to pair up with in business ventures and in life. You can build each other up and climb to the top of the mountain of success together!
- Find a friend that is grounded and down to earth. These people are great to keep open relationships with because you never know when you may need to ask for help or need them in your future.

Finding the right people who complement you and your style is probably the number one thing you can do for your life and your business. Dump all those people around you who do nothing but complain or are just plain depressing to be around. I personally don't do drama and quite frankly would rather be alone then be around those type of people.
I like to find people who are masters at skills that I don't have. Then if I am better at something then they are we can trade skills and advice.

You are very fortunate to have learned this at a young age. Many people spend a lifetime trying to figure things out and they still don't "get it." Relationships are vital in our personal and business life. We all have weaknesses and it is a great concept to think that our weaknesses can help others.
It must feel fantastic to know that you are a "young entrepreneur." I know you will be very successful because you are on the right track and have the right perspective by knowing that great relationships matter!
